Japanese/Asian herb with a mixed, unusual flavour - mint, cinnamon, coriander, tarragon and anise all rolled into one, which makes it a suitable addition to almost any dish.

Rich in iron, calcium, potassium and manganese with high amounts of polyphenols and Beta Carotene.
