Mustard Red Giant

Pungent, spicy, zesty. One of the strongest microgreen flavours and has a similar bite to Radish. Not as strong as Red Lion.

Vitamin E, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, phenolic compounds, β- carotene, lutein and zeaxanthin, violaxanthin. Also an excellent source of several essential minerals such as calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium, zinc, selenium, and manganese.
