    A member of the Brassica family so it share the slightly bitter, peppery flavour. Commonly included in our MicroMix.

  • Nutrients

    There is not much research into Mizuna but, as a brassica it shares many of the benefits of Kale and Broccoli: copious amounts of vitamins A and K with moderate amounts of vitamin C, calcium and iron.
